Together, we’ll explore simple, grounding practices rooted in heart-centered awareness and nervous-system regulation. You’ll be guided to soften out of vigilance, reconnect with your inner rhythm, and rebuild trust in your own timing and truth.

Each week, you’ll receive:
- A short recorded message from me
- A small set of guided reflection questions
- A simple heart-centered practice
We’ll also begin our time together with a live opening gathering to mark the threshold of your return.
