At Janna Owens LLC, I value your time and commitment to the coaching process. To maintain fairness and integrity, the following refund and cancellation policies apply:

Payments

• All coaching sessions and packages must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise arranged in writing.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (such as Calendly, Stripe, or PayPal).

Refunds

• Coaching sessions are non-refundable once booked.
• Packages are also non-refundable; however, unused sessions may be rescheduled (see below).

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a session (“no-show”), may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.
• In the event of unforeseen emergencies, exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Janna Owens LLC.

Session Expiration

• All purchased sessions or packages must be used within 6 months of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Changes to This Policy

• Janna Owens LLC reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this website and apply to future bookings.
